You may return any product purchased from us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. Product must be unopened and in new condition. You can read more about our return policy here.

If you'd like to check the status of your order simply login to your account. You can click on the orders tab and see the status of your order. Generally, our orders have 3 statuses: 1) Payment Received (indicating we have received payment for your order and it has been successfully placed); 2) Picking (which means that we are "picking" and packing or processing your order); and 3) Shipped (which means your order has been shipped or will be shipped that day.)

Once your order is picked up for delivery we will include a tracking number in the order comments so you can track your order.

Most orders placed before 2 pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST, over the weekend, or on holidays will ship the next business day. (Most all of our packages are shipped via UPS ground so if UPS is not picking up we do not ship.)
