Warranty

The following warranty is available to the original purchaser of products from ChristmasMiniLights.com:

LED Christmas Lights

Our LED light sets are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase for seasonal (90 days) use against manufacturer's defects. *Our products are not rated or warranty for permanent installation. If your light set fails during the warranty period we will repair or replace the product. If we cannot repair the product and the item is no longer available we will replace your product with a comparable item of equal or lesser value of your choosing. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall ChristmasMiniLights.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light set.

Incandescent Christmas Lights

Our incandescent Christmas lights are warrantied for 90 days from the date of original purchase for manufacturer's defects. If your light set fails during the warranty period we will repair or replace the product. If we cannot repair the product and the item is no longer available we will replace your product with a comparable item of equal or lesser value of your choosing. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. General Provisions

We process the warranty claims for all of our LED string lighting products for the first year. After the first year you may have to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service depending on the product purchased.

You must pay all shipping costs for warranty service.

Warranty claims without proof of purchase will not be honored. In most cases, we can confirm your purchase if you provide us the email address associated with your order.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

If you have a product warranty claim please email us at customerservice@christmasminilights.com and provide the following information:

1. Order number; and
2. Nature of defect or problem with the product.

We will respond to your email and provide you with instructions for processing your warranty claim.
